Be Among the First to Stay at the Ace Hotel

It's technically still part of the historic core, but if you want to get persnickety about it, Broadway is actually the old Theater District. And the Ace Hotel is coming along beautifully on the corner of 9th and Broadway, just south of the glorious Eastern Columbia residences. Set to open in the early part of 2014, the hotel has already started taking early bookings. Check out their official site here.
